Since 1995, we've helped young athletes ages 8 to 14 grow not just as players, but as people. Our focus goes beyond wins and stats — we teach teamwork, leadership, respect, and the heart it takes to succeed.

Player Development Program

Ages 8U – 14U

At East Lansing Youth Baseball Club, every player has a place to grow, whether they're swinging a bat for the first time or gearing up for high-level competition. Our 8U–14U Player Development Program is designed to support youth athletes across all skill levels.

Through structured training, teamwork, and a love for the game, we guide players from the fundamentals to advanced performance, with age-appropriate drills, leadership development, and game-readiness built in.
